The following details are the terms and conditions for “John Muir SEO Consultancy t/a SEO Northwest Clients” and exclude any client(s) services transferred over from The Web Clinic Limited.

Websites: All Websites supplied and built by SEO Northwest remain the property of SEO Northwest until the design/build is paid in full.

Leased Websites: Any websites designed and leased to SEO Northwest Clients will be for a min period of 12 months unless agreed for prior to supply the website lease. All intellectual rights of all leased websites will remain the property of SEO Northwest during and after the term of the lease agreement.

Domain Names: Domain names registered/renewed on behalf of SEO Northwest Clients are registered for a period of 24 months unless agreed for prior to registration or renewal. A renewal reminder will be emailed to the client 60/30/7/0 days prior to any domain expiry date. If the renewal is not paid, the domain will be suspended on the expiry date.

Leased Domain Names: Any Domain Names leased to SEO Northwest Clients are for a min period of 12 months, unless agreed before taking out the domain name lease agreement. All Ownership rights of leased domain names will belong to SEO Northwest during and after the lease agreement.

SEO Services: All SEO Services provided by SEO Northwest can be set upon for a period of 1/3/6 or 12 months. This will be agreed to at the beginning of any SEO Service Agreement.

PPC Services: All PPC Services provided by SEO Northwest can be set upon for a period of 1/3/6 or 12 months. This will be agreed to at the beginning of any SEO Service Agreement.

SEO Audits: Prior to any SEO Services being supplied, A Free SEO Audit will be carried out by SEO Northwest and the client is under no obligation to sign for any services on offer.

Please Note: Unlike other popular marketing channels, Organic SEO does not work instantly. Most professionals expect to see results in as low as 3 months, but SEO can take as much as 12 months to work. While every company’s SEO strategy differs, most businesses can expect to see considerable results in 6 to 12 months.
